Role Description The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support BIT’s academic and administrative growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vadodara and involves sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill faculty, staff, and corporate trainer positions.

The HR Recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, support campus and industry hiring initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, managing recruitment databases, organizing interviews and selection processes, assisting with offer negotiations, and collaborating with HR colleagues on onboarding and employer branding.



The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and supporting continuous improvement of hiring practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination across multiple roles and seniority levels.
- Ability to build and manage talent pipelines, including campus recruitment, internship programs, and industry-focused hiring.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms for recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a focus on candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, recruitment compliance, and best practices in educational or training-focused organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional, preferably within education, training, or IT/tech domains.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Vadodara and engaging with faculty, industry partners, and students.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a strong ethical approach to recruitment.
