Role & responsibilities
- To understand client given position for hiring.
- Screening resumes on Job Portals.
- Calling potential candida es & explain them about job profile & the company where the job offered.
- Communicating employer information and perks during screening process.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Submitting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on time to your reporting manager.
- Achieving the call targets, Interview line up targets & selection targets for qualifying for Incentive slabs or sales schemes launched by the company
- Sourcing Potential candidates from various online platforms and social media.
- Screen incoming resume as per the JD and client requirement
