About the Role

Marconix Sales Solutions is looking for a hands-on HR & Recruitment Manager to own end-to-end HR and Talent Acquisition for our Bangalore office. This is a high-ownership, generalist role suited to someone who enjoys both the strategic and operational sides of HR — from full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management to HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and building a strong workplace culture from the ground up.

You'll be the single point of contact for HR in the office, working closely with department heads and leadership to hire the right talent, keep employees engaged, and ensure HR processes run smoothly and compliantly.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and set hiring timelines
- Source active and passive candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, IIMJobs), employee referrals, and professional networks
- Conduct screening interviews to assess skills, experience, communication, and culture fit
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and upcoming hiring needs
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS/HRMS
- Deliver a strong candidate experience at every touchpoint, from first contact to day one

HR Operations & Compliance

- Drive onboarding and induction for recent hires, and manage exit formalities and full & final settlements
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data accuracy
- Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labour law adherence) and coordinate with payroll for accurate, timely processing
- Track and report on headcount, attrition, and key HR metrics on a monthly basis
- Establish and maintain HR dashboards/reports for leadership review

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries,



concerns, and grievances; escalate and resolve issues professionally
- Design and drive employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and reduce attrition
- Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback processes
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning aligned to business growth
- Help build a positive, high-performance culture within a fast-paced, target-driven environment

What You'll Need

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in HR & Recruitment, ideally in a generalist or HR Business Partner capacity
- Strong hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment and sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms)
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with HRMS/ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets for HR reporting
- Prior experience supporting employee engagement or culture-building initiatives is a plus

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
