HR Executive

Industry Preference: NBFC / Financial Services / Banking

Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Executive with strong experience in recruitment and HR operations. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end hiring activities including sourcing, interview coordination. Candidate should have prior exposure to NBFCs, financial services firms, or banks and be comfortable managing hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Source candidates through portals, references, and other hiring channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and schedule interviews
- Ensure timely interview coordination and candidate follow-ups

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience
- Mandatory experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services industry
- Robust hands-on experience in recruitment and hiring coordination , offer roll out & ctc structure preparation.
