Role: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Type: Full-Time / Freelance

Fixed Salary: 15,000 / month

Incentive Structure: 10% commission on total bill amount/revenue generated per successful candidate closure.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Remote HR Recruiter to join our team. You will handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple client requirements and job profiles. This is a high-reward role for a result-oriented recruiter who can deliver quality candidate profiles consistently and close positions quickly.

Daily Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Screening: Source high-quality, relevant CVs using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and database networks.
- Daily Output Standard: Source and submit a minimum of 4 to 5 relevant, shortlisted CVs per day matching given client profiles.
- Multi-Position Handling: Work simultaneously on multiple open positions across different domains/industries.
- Pre-Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate communication skills, stability, CTC/expectation alignment, notice period, and role fitment.
- Coordination:



Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, manage follow-ups, and ensure candidates appear for scheduled interviews.
- Closure & Joining: Stay in touch with selected candidates until their successful joining date to ensure zero drop-outs.

Key Requirements & Mandates
- Mandatory Hardware: Must have your own laptop/laptop desktop and a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
- Experience: Prior experience in recruitment/sourcing (consultancy or corporate recruitment preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Self-Disciplined: Ability to manage time effectively while working independently from home.
- Target-Driven: Strong focus on candidate quality and closing mandates to maximize incentive earnings.
