Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Amritsar. The selected candidate will be provided with candidate data/leads by the company. The primary responsibility will be to call candidates, explain the job opportunity, screen suitable candidates, and coordinate the complete hiring process until joining.

Key Responsibilities

* Call candidates from the data provided by the company.

- Explain the job profile, salary, location, eligibility, and other relevant details to candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Identify suitable candidates according to the company's hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the concerned team.
- Follow up regularly with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain proper records of candidate calls, interviews,



selections, and joining.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

* Minimum 12th pass; graduation will be preferred.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; basic English is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are target-oriented and willing to work in a recruitment setting are preferred.
