Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and draft clear job descriptions.
- Source active and passive candidates through skilled networks, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and department heads.
- Manage candidate communications, feedback, and the overall hiring experience.
- Extend job offers, assist with salary discussions, and coordinate onboarding steps.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
