Role Description The HR Recruiter role is a full-time, in office position based at our store in Banjara Hills. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for retail and corporate roles. Daily responsibilities include partnering with store management to understand staffing needs, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

The role also involves onboarding new hires, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting basic HR operations such as attendance tracking and policy communication. The HR Recruiter will contribute to employer branding initiatives and help build a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Rysun Jewels’ luxury retail standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in candidate relationship management,



stakeholder communication, and collaboration with store leadership.
- Candidates should possess skills in onboarding coordination, documentation, and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic HR compliance, policy awareness, and maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse candidates and team members.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open roles and deadlines in a retail environment.
- Prior experience as an HR Recruiter or in talent acquisition, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or customer-facing industries, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in HR or recruitment are an advantage.
