About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Fresher / IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and prepare/coordinate job postings.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview feedback and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Handle joining formalities and support the onboarding process.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and HR records.
- Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.




- Assist the HR team in other employee-related activities when required.

For IT Recruitment The candidate should be willing to learn and understand basic technical terminologies and profiles such as:
- Software Developer
- Full Stack Developer
- Frontend/Backend Developer
- QA/Test Engineer
- DevOps Engineer
- Data/AI/ML roles
- Other IT and technology-related positions

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with recruitment portals and databases.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good decision-making and candidate assessment skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
- BBA/B.Com/BA or any relevant graduation.
- Freshers with a strong interest in HR & Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or academic experience in recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
