About the Role

Jasmine Crew is looking for an energetic Remote Healthcare Recruiter to help us identify, screen, and onboard healthcare professionals for home healthcare and related staffing requirements.

This is a hands-on recruitment role. You will spend a significant part of your day finding candidates, making calls, screening applicants, following up, and matching the right candidates with open requirements.

Who You Will Recruit

You may recruit candidates including:

- Staff Nurses
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nurses
- Nursing Assistants
- Patient Care Assistants
- Caregivers
- Elder Care Providers
- Physiotherapists
- Doctors for home visits
- Other healthcare support professionals

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

- Source healthcare candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Build a strong database of candidates across Chennai and other required locations.
- Find candidates based on specific location, shift, salary and experience requirements.

Candidate Screening

- Call and screen candidates every day.
- Verify experience, qualifications, current location, preferred work location, salary expectations and availability.
- Understand whether candidates are interested in 1-hour visits, part-time, 8/12-hour shifts, 24-hour assignments or full-time positions.




- Identify candidates who are genuinely available for immediate placement.

Candidate Coordination

- Explain job requirements clearly to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the operations team.
- Follow up until the candidate joins.
- Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates.
- Help arrange replacement candidates when required.

Candidate Database

- Maintain accurate candidate information in our recruitment tracker/CRM.
- Update candidate status such as New, Contacted, Interested, Interviewed, Selected, Joined or Not Interested.
- Maintain an active pool of candidates who can be contacted immediately when new customer requirements arrive.

Daily Expectations The recruiter should be comfortable working with measurable daily targets, including:
- New candidates sourced
- Candidates contacted
- Candidates screened
- Qualified candidates added
- Candidates submitted for active requirements
- Interviews scheduled
- Successful placements

We are looking for someone who believes recruitment is more than posting a job and waiting for applications.

Requirements

- Previous recruitment experience preferred.
- Healthcare recruitment experience is a strong advantage.




- Freshers with excellent communication and sourcing skills may also apply.
- Good telephone communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Must have a laptop/computer, mobile phone and reliable internet connection.
- Knowledge of Chennai locations is highly preferred.

Qualified Candidates → Interviews → Placements → Successful Joinings The goal is to continuously build a reliable healthcare candidate network so that Jasmine Crew can quickly respond to customer staffing requirements.
