Role Overview

PS Collaborations is looking for a agile and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities and support the organization in identifying and hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Coordinate joining and onboarding activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and achieve assigned targets.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA in HR / Human Resources is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
