HR Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers. You ll work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and build a strong, diverse talent pipeline that supports the company s growth.

Work Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines

- Post job openings and source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews

- Coordinate interview schedules and gather structured feedback from panels

- Maintain accurate candidate database

- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future openings

- Ensure a positive, timely candidate experience throughout the process

- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing

What We Are Looking For





- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)

- Familiarity with sourcing tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously

- Good judgment in assessing candidate fit for both skills and culture

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data/metrics
