Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Day Shift

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Gender: Female Candidates

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Work Schedule

* 6 Days Working

- Sunday Fixed Off
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Qualification

* Any Graduate
- Pursuing Candidates are Not Eligible

Eligibility & Salary

Freshers

- First 3 Months: 13,000/month + Incentives
- Incentives: Up to 10,000
- From 3rd Month: 15,000 20,000/month + Incentives up to 10,000
- Salary revision from the 3rd month will be based on performance.

Experienced Candidates

Candidates with any of the following experience can apply:

- Minimum 6 months International Voice Process
- Minimum 6 months Recruitment Experience
- Minimum 6 months AR Caller Experience

Salary:

- First 3 Months: 15,000/month + Incentives up to 10,000
- From 3rd Month: Salary will be revised based on performance.
- Performance-based salary revision; no increase if performance targets are not met.

Key Responsibilities

* Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening and communication
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Understand and explain job requirements to candidates
- Coordinate with the hiring team for interview schedules and closures
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets

Skills Required

* Excellent English Communication Skills Mandatory

- Basic understanding of End-to-End Recruitment
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to handle candidate queries professionally
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
