HR Recruiter – Fresher

Believers Group is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiters to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain job roles, responsibilities, and company information.
- Conduct initial candidate screening through phone calls or online communication.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment records.
- Assist in achieving daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates interested in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, or Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
