About the Role

BK Nexus Enterprises is expanding its HR Consultancy and Staffing Solutions business with continuous requirements across IT and Non-IT sectors. We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment requirements, coordinate with candidates and the consultancy team, and successfully close open positions.

The recruiter will work on both Full time and Contract staffing requirements and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordination, interview follow-ups, selection and joining of candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Collect and understand new job requirements from the internal consultancy/client team.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on , skills, experience, location, salary and other requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Share suitable candidate profiles with the concerned consultancy/client team.
- Track interview status, selection status, offer status and joining status.
- Ensure candidates are properly coordinated until their successful joining.
- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritize urgent openings.
- Coordinate with other recruiters and the consultancy team to fulfill all open positions.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up regularly on pending requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Support both permanent/full-time and contract staffing requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates, clients and internal recruitment teams.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and future requirements.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Recruitment Process Ownership The recruiter is expected to manage the complete recruitment cycle:

Requirement Received → Candidate Sourcing → Screening → Shortlisting → Interview Coordination → Follow-up → Selection → Offer Coordination → Joining → Requirement Closure

Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate with a genuine interest in HR and Recruitment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply; recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand IT and Non-IT job requirements.
- Good candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and result-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn different recruitment processes and industries.
- Basic knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn and recruitment tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
