HR Recruiter – Job Responsibilities
- Understand the hiring requirements from the manager.
- Search for candidates through job portals, social media, and the company database.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Build positive relationships with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
