Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter & Outreach Intern to join our remote team and support our end-to-end recruitment process. This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to fresh graduates or final-year students with an interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or people operations. You will work directly with our recruitment team, handling candidate screening calls, outreaching prospects, maintaining applicant records, and supporting hiring coordination across active roles.

Duration: 3 months

Stipend: ₹1,000 per month

Work arrangement: Fully remote

Job type: Internship (Part-Time)

Location: Bengaluru, India

Performance-based prospect: Interns who demonstrate strong performance during the 3-month period will be considered for a full-time HR Recruiter role at Uptrail.

What You Will Do

- Source relevant candidates for open roles using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Review candidate profiles to ensure they meet the job requirements.
- Reach out to potential candidates with professional messages and introduce them to available opportunities.
- Maintain an organised database of sourced candidates and outreach activities.




- Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews when required.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with other recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.

Who We Are Looking For

- Recent graduate or student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- No prior work experience required — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Confident and professional verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable conducting calls and interacting with candidates from diverse backgrounds
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations
