Job Title: HR Payroll & Statutory Compliance Executive

Sharma Enterprises is looking for an experienced HR Payroll & Statutory Compliance Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of Saral Payroll Software. The candidate must have thorough knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance and applicable labour laws.

The candidate will be based at Viman Nagar, Pune, and will also be required to visit various company plants as and when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll using Saral Payroll Software
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives and salary deductions
- Prepare salary sheets, payslips and payroll-related reports
- Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and gratuity compliance
- Complete PF and ESIC registrations for employees
- Manage employee onboarding, separation and related documentation
- Process full and final settlements
- Maintain statutory registers, records and compliance documents
- Ensure timely filing and payment of statutory contributions




- Coordinate with statutory consultants and government departments
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, PF, ESIC and other deductions
- Maintain accurate employee and payroll records
- Support other HR operations as required
- Visit different company plants for payroll, HR and statutory compliance work

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in HR payroll and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with Saral Payroll Software is mandatory
- Thorough knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity and applicable labour laws
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Robust numerical ability and attention to detail
- Willingness to visit different company plants
- Experience in a manufacturing organisation will be preferred
