Job Summary

Looking for an HR Generalist with 5 years of experience in HR Operations.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in grievance handling, payroll, onboarding, Excel, and HRIS/Workday.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee onboarding & offboarding and employee records.
- Handle employee grievances and HR queries.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and validation.
- Manage leaves, perks, reimbursements, and attendance.
- Prepare HR reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Support HR compliance, audits, and policy implementation.
- Maintain HRIS/Workday data and support HR process improvements.
