About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR activities and ensure a smooth employee experience across the employee lifecycle. The role will work closely with employees, managers, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and compliant HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations and exits.

- Maintain accurate HRMS records, employee data, attendance and leave and ensure timely updates.

- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, salary changes, attendance, leave and other employee-related payroll requirements with Finance.

- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, advantages and employee documentation.

- Prepare and maintain HR letters, reports, trackers and HR MIS.

- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements and maintain audit-ready documentation.

- Support employee engagement, induction and other HR initiatives.

- Develop and maintain HR SOPs and process documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for HR-related activities.

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of employee information and HR records.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Shared Services.

- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS, preferably Keka or similar platforms.

- Good understanding of employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, attendance, leave and HR documentation.

- Knowledge of HR policies and statutory compliance.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting/MIS.

- Strong communication, coordination and employee-handling skills.

- Good attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

- Experience in a project-based, infrastructure, engineering or manufacturing environment.

- Experience handling multi-location employees.

- Exposure to Power BI / HR analytics.

- Kannada language proficiency will be an advantage.
