Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliances, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, PF & ESI compliance, monthly statutory filings, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management

- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
- Validate attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, new joiners, exits, and other payroll inputs.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing and disbursement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and payroll vendors, wherever applicable.
- Address and resolve employee payroll-related queries.
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports and records.

2. Statutory Compliance

- Handle end-to-end statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare and complete monthly PF & ESI return filings within the prescribed timelines.
- Generate and process PF & ESI challans and ensure timely payment.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and supporting documents.
- Track statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of all compliance activities.
- Coordinate with statutory authorities and consultants for compliance-related matters, when required.
- Stay updated on changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and ensure necessary implementation.

3. Employee Engagement

- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Support employee communication and engagement programs.
- Coordinate birthday, work anniversary,



team engagement, and other employee recognition activities.
- Gather employee feedback and support initiatives to improve employee experience.

4. HR Operations

- Manage day-to-day HR operational activities including employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, confirmations, and separation-related processes.
- Support onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee data in HRMS and other HR systems.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure HR processes are carried out accurately and within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Practical experience in PF & ESI monthly return filing and challan generation.
- Positive understanding of applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Strong MS Excel skills and ability to work with HRMS/payroll systems.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information with discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict deadlines.

Education & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25 years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance.
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in employee engagement, payroll and statutory compliance will be preferred.
