We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager specializing in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding to manage end-to-end hiring activities for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Manage recruitment through job portals, social media platforms, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Create and publish job vacancies, recruitment advertisements, and hiring-related social media content.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Handle offer letters, joining formalities, documentation, and employee onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new employees.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.




- Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Support other HR and administrative activities as required.
- Be versatile and available to work based on business and recruitment requirements.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Recruitment and Employee Onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Experience in handling social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment reporting.
- Flexible with working hours when required.
