- Strong Knowledge in recruitment and identify and recruit qualified candidates for different roles across departments
- Manage and implement new HRMS Payroll Software and ensure employees receive their pay on time.
- Administer employees advantages, such as health insurance and housing allowances.
- Organizing training and development activities
- Negotiate salaries with potential employees
- Onboard new candidate and introduce them to other in the organization
- Provide counselling support to employees
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
