What youll Do

Recruitment and Onboarding

- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.

Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries regarding policies, perks, and processes.
- Support HR in organizing team-building activities and events.
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management for HR-related matters.

HR Operations:
- Maintain HR databases and ensure the accuracy of information.
- Assist in payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Training and Development:
- Coordinate employee training sessions and track participation.
- Support performance management processes and appraisals.

Compliance:
- Assist in maintaining updated labor law compliance records.
- Monitor adherence to workplace policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

Required

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,



PowerPoint).

Preferred:
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
