Qualification - MBA Prefered

Experience - Min 8 to 10 year experience

- End-to-end Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- HRBP support to business/store teams
- Partner with functional heads on people-related matters
- Performance Management, KRAs & goal setting
- Employee Engagement, Retention & Grievance Handling
- Training & Development / TNA
- Workforce planning & productivity improvement
- Employee relations & conflict management
- HRIS, Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- HR MIS, Attrition & People Analytics
- Exit Management & HR Documentation
- Support business growth through effective people strategies

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
