– PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, Factory compliance.
- Manage
Contract Labour and contractor compliance.
- Drive
Performance Management, Employee Engagement &
- HR Policies
.
- Prepare
HR MIS, manpower and attrition reports
.
- Coordinate with Plant Head and functional heads on HR matters.
