JOB PURPOSE To lead and manage the Human Resources function at Narayan Overseas and ensure the organisation has the right people, processes, policies, and workplace environment to support business growth. The HR Manager will be responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training, and employee relations.
The role will also work closely with management and department heads to ensure effective people management across the organisation.

DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES
- Review attendance, leave, and manpower status.
- Coordinate recruitment and interviews.
- Handle employee queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower and performance.
- Review pending HR and administrative matters.
- Monitor employee discipline and workplace conduct.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with Accounts.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Follow up on joining, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies.
- Escalate important employee-related matters to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR systems and processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and processes.
- Good understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
- Mature and professional approach to employee relations.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, HR software/HRMS, and email systems.
- Ability to establish structured HR systems in a growing organisation.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Master's/Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably including experience in a manufacturing, textile, export house, or other mid-sized corporate organisation.
Experience in managing HR independently and working directly with senior management will be preferred.
IDEAL CANDIDATE A mature, proactive, structured, and people-oriented HR professional capable of independently managing the HR function of a growing textile export organisation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with management and department heads while maintaining fairness, confidentiality, discipline, and professionalism.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
