Job Summary
HR Manager. Location: Mumbai (On-site). Job Type: Full time. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager who will play a key role in strengthening our people practices, leadership capability, and organizational culture. This is not just an HR Operations role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, driving accountability, improving employee engagement, and partnering closely with business leaders to create a high-performance organization.
Experience: 8-15 years. Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, manufacturing, technical, sales, and leadership roles.
- Build strong recruitment pipelines and reduce hiring turnaround time.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
- Drive KRAs, KPIs and performance appraisal systems.
- Work with business heads to improve accountability and performance.
- Support succession planning and internal career progression.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Improve communication between management and employees.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and stay interviews.
- Strengthen retention and organizational culture.
- Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
- Maintain HR policies, documentation, and compliance.
- Ensure statutory compliance and HR governance.
- Generate HR dashboards and management reports.
- Use HRMS/ERP data to support business decisions.
- Track recruitment, attrition, productivity, and employee engagement metrics.
- Work closely with Directors and Department Heads.
- Coach managers on people management.
- Help build future leaders within the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering organizations.
- MBA / Masters in Human Resources.
- Robust exposure to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and HR Operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience implementing HR systems, KRAs, KPIs and HR analytics.
- Working knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- High ownership, integrity, maturity and execution capability.
- Ability to build trust across all levels of the organization-from factory employees to senior leadership.
