Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Plant HR Operations.
- Handle Recruitment & Manpower Planning for plant functions.
- Manage IR, Employee Relations & Grievance Handling.
- Ensure Labour Law & Statutory Compliance – PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, Factory compliance.
- Manage Contract Labour and contractor compliance.
- Drive Performance Management, Employee Engagement & HR Policies.
- Prepare HR MIS, manpower and attrition reports.
- Coordinate with Plant Head and functional heads on HR matters.
