HR Manager – Agrochemical/Chemical Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for our agrochemical/chemical manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for plant and corporate requirements.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
- Conduct and manage performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI and Factory Act.
- Manage employee training, development and performance management.
- Support manpower planning, retention and employee engagement.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.




- Maintain HR MIS, reports and personnel records.
- Handle day-to-day HR and administration activities at the manufacturing unit.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions and HR operations.
- Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Positive knowledge of performance management and employee evaluation.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing / agrochemical / chemical industry will be preferred.

Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in a 6-day working environment
