Key Responsibilities

- Talent acquisition: Support end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer coordination.
- Interview & hiring management: Coordinate interviews, connect with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- HR operations & onboarding: Support new-joiner onboarding and help create a positive employee experience from day 1.
- HR analytics: Use MS Excel to track recruitment data, analyze HR metrics, and build meaningful insights.
- Employee engagement: Contribute to employee communication, engagement initiatives, celebrations, and culture-building activities.
- Stakeholder management: Work with different teams and stakeholders, giving you a broader understanding of how HR partners with the business.
