HR INTERN – WORKSPROGRAM Job Title: HR Intern Company: Worksprogram Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Job Type: Internship / Full-Time Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year : Worksprogram is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR and recruitment activities. The candidate will get hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate communication.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Assist with employee joining formalities and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents and trackers.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, and HR-related requirements.
- Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.




- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Professional communication skills.
- Willingness to learn HR and recruitment processes.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Students or graduates from HR, MBA/PGDM, BBA, or related fields are preferred.
