Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
- Onboarding & HR Operations
- Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities
- Assist in documentation and employee record management
- Help in HRMS (KEKA) data entry and updates




- Ensure employee files and records are maintained accurately
- HR Projects & Policy Implementation
- Assist in drafting and reviewing HR policies and SOPs
- Support ongoing HR projects (onboarding framework, surveys, etc.)
- Help in preparing HR reports and dashboards
- Employee Engagement & HRBP Support
- Coordinate engagement activities and events
- Assist in employee communication and announcements
- Support HRBP activities and grievance handling processes
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies
- Assist in maintaining compliance records
- Support audit-related documentation

Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
