- Source and screen candidates
- Make candidate calls and understand their requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates
- Maintain recruitment data and trackers
- Coordinate with the hiring team
- Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities
Requirements
- Freshers / recent graduates interested in HR
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Mandatory languages: Telugu, Kannada & English
- Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes
- Comfortable working from office
