Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and HR Data Management. This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how HR works in a fast-paced corporate workplace and build a strong foundation in Human

Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various roles.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Support the HR team in preparing job descriptions and job postings.
- Assist with candidate communication and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker.

HR Operations & Data Management

- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and other HR-related data management.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Ensure employee information is accurately maintained and updated.

Employee Engagement





- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with employee communication and HR initiatives.
- Help create a positive and engaging workplace experience.

General HR Support

- Assist the HR team with ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related requirements.
- Provide administrative support for various HR activities as required.

Who We’re Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to build a career in Human Resources.
