We are hiring an HR Intern Recruitment to join our team on an urgent basis.

The intern will work closely with the HR/recruitment team and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screening and shortlisting CVs
- Conducting initial candidate calls
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Candidate follow-ups
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS
- Job posting and database management
- Supporting day-to-day recruitment activities

Requirements:

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Positive communication skills
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Interested in building a career in HR/Recruitment
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidate must be able to join within 2 days

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Work Mode: Hybrid
