Job Summary:

This internship is designed for candidates who want practical exposure beyond HR. You will get the opportunity to work across:

- Sales & Marketing

This is a high-learning, high-responsibility role for someone who is proactive, confident,bold, outgoing, leader and ready to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Posting job openings on various portals and platforms
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Assisting in salary negotiations and candidate coordination
- Working closely with managers and leadership team
- Managing administrative activities and office operations
- Planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and parties
- Supporting hiring and expansion for new company locations
- Assisting the Director in day-to-day activities
- Cold calling and appointment setting for the sales team
- Coordinating and participating in client meetings
- Attending domestic & international events, conferences, and seminars with the MD
- Monitoring team expansion and performance across locations




- Coordinating office content shoots (reels, branding activities)
- Representing Osumare at events and networking meets
- Handling client visits and front-office interactions
- Assisting in campus drives and recruitment campaigns
- Personal Assistant to Director

- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
