We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team at our Sinnar plant. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and employee records management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Support onboarding activities for new joiners.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and MIS.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support communication initiatives and employee welfare programs.
- Collect employee feedback and assist in engagement surveys.
Compliance & Administration
- Support HR team in maintaining statutory and compliance records.
- Assist in preparing documents related to audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), or any relevant specialization.
- Strong interest in HR and Industrial Relations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to work from the plant location in Sinnar, Nashik.
