HR Operations Executive Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive - Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day people operations and administrative activities. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, recruitment coordination, attendance, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day HR operations activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Coordinate joining formalities and collect required employee documents.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Support recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates,



and other employee-related documents.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related queries and requirements.
- Ensure HR records and documents are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources MBA, Bachelor's (Any Degree)
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- HR operation 6-month experience can apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
