Key Responsibilities
- Manage Industrial Relations and employee relations at the plant.
- Handle union/worker negotiations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage contract labour and contractor compliance.
- Coordinate with labour authorities and government departments.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare and HR initiatives.
- Maintain HR/IR records, MIS and compliance documentation.
- Support manpower planning and plant HR operations.
