Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish HR policies, procedures, systems, and processes.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management.
- Identify people-related challenges and proactively recommend solutions.
- Take ownership of the overall HR function and its effectiveness.
2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment and selection processes across departments.
- Develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Ensure timely recruitment of suitable candidates.
- Establish proper onboarding and induction processes.
- Plan manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions.
3. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
- Build a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture.
- Maintain regular communication with employees across all departments.
- Encourage employees to share concerns, suggestions, and feedback.
- Develop employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Identify employee morale and engagement issues and address them proactively.
- Promote teamwork, respect, accountability, and professionalism.
4. Performance Management
- Develop and manage an effective performance appraisal system.
- Establish KRAs and KPIs in coordination with department heads.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers in performance improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure proper documentation.
- Develop Performance Improvement Plans where required.
- Encourage a performance-oriented culture across the organization.
5. Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and management.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
- Resolve conflicts fairly and promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality in sensitive employee matters.
- Promote healthy communication between employees and management.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies.
6. Learning & Development
- Identify employee training and development requirements.
- Develop annual training and development plans.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Support leadership and professional development initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
7. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment and labour laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of attendance, leave, disciplinary, and workplace policies.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance professionals when required.
8. Compensation & Benefits
- Support salary structure and compensation planning.
- Coordinate payroll processes with the finance/accounts team.
- Manage employee benefits and HR-related statutory requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of compensation and benefits structures.
- Ensure payroll and employee-related payments are accurate and timely.
9. Employee Retention & Talent Management
- Identify key talent and develop retention strategies.
- Monitor employee turnover and identify reasons for attrition.
- Develop succession and career development plans.
- Strengthen employee recognition and reward initiatives.
- Build a strong employer brand and employee experience.
10. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular HR reports and MIS for management.
- Track recruitment, attrition, attendance, performance, engagement, and other HR metrics.
- Provide management with actionable HR insights.
- Use HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Key Performance Expectations The HR Head is expected to:

- Support management with people-related decisions.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, fairness, and integrity in all HR matters.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
