Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end IT recruitment while supporting key HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing technical talent, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience. The role also involves employee engagement, HR operations, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interview rounds.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.

HR Operations

- Manage employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HRMS activities.




- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Support performance management and employee lifecycle processes.

Employer Branding

- Create attractive job postings across multiple hiring platforms.
- Strengthen employer branding through LinkedIn and other social media channels.
- Participate in campus hiring drives and recruitment events when required.

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience hiring Software Developers, QA Engineers, Technical Support, DevOps, UI/UX, Product, and other IT roles.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS/HRMS and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in an IT Services or Software Product company will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
