Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin professional to join our Gurgaon office. This role is pivotal in shaping and nurturing our internal culture, managing HR operations, and ensuring smooth administrative functioning. The ideal candidate will bring energy, empathy, and structure to both people and process management.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

- Design, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation and records
- Administer employee benefits, leaves, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal audit processes




- Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives

Administration:

- Manage day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination
- Oversee maintenance of office infrastructure and supplies
- Coordinate logistics for internal events and celebrations
- Support travel arrangements, documentation, and scheduling needs

Qualifications & Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration (agency or creative industry experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
