Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment &

- Hiring

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.

- Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job portals and qualified platforms.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.

- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and talent pipeline.

2.

Employee

Onboarding &

- Documentation

- Conduct employee joining and onboarding processes.

- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.

- Ensure documentation such as KYC, employment forms, bank details and other required records is complete.

- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters and other HR documents.

3. Attendance, Leave &

- Payroll Support

- Maintain attendance and leave records.

- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts/payroll team.

- Track late coming, absenteeism, overtime and other attendance-related matters.

- Assist with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and TDS,



as applicable.

4.

Employee

Relations

- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries.

- Address employee concerns and coordinate their resolution.

- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

- Assist in handling disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.

5. HR Policies &

- Compliance

- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.

- Maintain HR documentation and records.

- Support compliance with applicable Indian labour and employment regulations.

- Assist in maintaining statutory registers and records, where applicable.

6.

Performance

Management

- Coordinate performance appraisal processes.

- Maintain performance-related documentation.

- Follow up with managers and employees regarding performance reviews and goal-setting.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Experience

- HR sourcing: 1 year (Preferred)
