Position: HR Executive

Location: Novel MSR Building, Subbaiah Reddy Colony, Marathahalli Village, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560037

Experience: 2–3 Years

Shift: UK Shift Timing

Work Mode: Work from Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.




- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR-related programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in performance management activities and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR operational support.
- Generate and maintain recruitment and HR MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business and workforce requirements.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist functions.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Need hands-on experience supporting India and other geographies.
- Need to be good at problem-solving.
- Must work with minimal or no supervision.
- Take ownership of the role and run with it.
- Must be willing to work the UK shift
- Must be able to work after hours as needed to support the business leaders
