About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of end-to-end HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment — from identifying manpower needs and preparing JDs, to sourcing (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies), screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer/appointment letters, and recruitment MIS tracking.
Onboarding & Documentation
Manage the complete onboarding process — document collection and verification, induction, policy orientation, employee file maintenance, coordination for system access and assets, and tracking of probation and confirmation timelines.
HR Operations & Records
Maintain employee databases and HR documentation; handle transfers, promotions, and exits; prepare HR MIS reports; support policy and SOP development while ensuring confidentiality.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Monitor attendance, leave, and working hours; coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts team; resolve discrepancies; and support employees with attendance, leave, and salary queries.
Performance Management
Support appraisal cycles, probation reviews, and confirmations; maintain performance records and PIP documentation; track review timelines and prepare related reports.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan engagement activities and events; act as a point of contact for employee queries; support resolution of concerns; and contribute to a positive, cooperative workplace culture.
HR Policies & Compliance
Implement and maintain HR policies aligned with labour laws and statutory requirements; maintain compliance documentation; support audits; and stay updated on regulatory changes.
Exit & Full and Final Settlement
Manage resignation and exit formalities — notice period tracking, handover, clearance, exit interviews, asset recovery, and Full & Final (F&F;) settlement inputs.
HR Reporting & Workforce Planning
Prepare regular HR MIS covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, payroll, and hiring pipeline; support workforce planning; and maintain HR dashboards.
