We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, people-focused, and passionate about building strong teams. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating HR systems, improving employee engagement, and supporting the company's long-term growth.

The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires someone who is organized, people-oriented, and capable of creating efficient HR systems while fostering a positive work environment.

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR professional who can build a high-performance culture, attract top talent, and support our company's rapid growth.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (HR Executive)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate technical and final interview rounds.
- Negotiate salary and issue offer letters.
- Ensure positions are filled within agreed timelines.
- Build a pipeline of quality candidates for future hiring

Employee On boarding

- Conduct joining formalities.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
- Prepare employment documentation.
- Ensure all employee records are complete.
- Monitor the first 90 days of new employees.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team.
- Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Update HR policies and SOPs.

Performance Management

- Implement KPI and KRA systems.




- Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews.
- Track employee productivity and development plans.
- Work with managers to improve team performance.

Employee Engagement

- Plan team-building activities.
- Celebrate birthdays, festivals, and company events.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
- Resolve workplace concerns professionally.
- Promote a positive and cooperative work culture.

HR Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Maintain statutory records.
- Support audits and documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants where required.

Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate technical and soft skills training.
- Maintain employee training records.
- Support leadership development initiatives.

HR Analytics & Reporting

Prepare monthly HR reports covering:

- Hiring status
- Employee headcount
- Attrition rate
- Recruitment pipeline
- Attendance
- Leave utilization
- Performance review completion
- Employee engagement activities

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with HRMS software (Zoho People, Keka, or similar)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong documentation and reporting skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Time to hire: ≤30 days
- Offer acceptance rate: >85%
- Current hire retention (6 months): >90%
- Employee satisfaction score: >8/10
- Performance review completion: 100%
- Monthly engagement activities completed
- Employee attrition within target levels
- HR documentation accuracy: 100%
- Onboarding completed within 3 working days
- Compliance deadlines met with zero delays

This role requires someone who is organized, people-oriented, and capable of creating efficient HR systems while fostering a positive work environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
