Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 5–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to fulfill organizational manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, recruitment groups, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/HODs.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, joining date, and other employment-related aspects.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.




- Coordinate documentation and pre-joining formalities with selected candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, and joining ratio.
- Develop a strong network of candidates across relevant functions and industries.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment portals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and MIS reporting.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

Eligibility
- Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing/corporate recruitment will be preferred.
- Immediate/short-notice joiners will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Focal Point, Ludhiana, Punjab
