Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll

Location: Tonk Road, Jaipur

Experience: 3- 5 Years (Automobile Industry Preferred)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

GCB Automobile is looking for an experienced HR Executive – Payroll to manage payroll operations, employee records, attendance, statutory compliance, and core HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations, preferably within the automobile industry.

## Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.
- Maintain employee master data and HR documentation.
- Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports, MIS reports, and salary reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with the Finance department for payroll processing and salary transfers.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and benefits.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and confidential documents.




- Support day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
- Prior experience in the automobile industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing, Attendance Management, PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labor Law Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll Software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience handling payroll for a large workforce.
- Robust understanding of statutory compliance and payroll regulations.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
