We're Hiring | Senior HR Executive HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Join the HR team at Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital & Research Centre (BMCHRC), Jaipur.

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with experience in partnering with business leaders and driving end-to-end HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Business Partnering
- Performance Management
- Talent Acquisition
- Employee Engagement
- HR Analytics & MIS
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Policy Implementation & HR Operations

Preferred Profile:

- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 3–6 years of relevant HRBP/Generalist experience
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in healthcare will be an added advantage
